So, let’s quickly talk about it, as I was saying that it’s impossible for me to plan my life, but I want to talk about the positive energy which I am feeling right now. I want to share with you, the impact which our thoughts have on our daily lives, it can either break you or make you. I bring this up because I know all of us are chasing some form of goal it could be a career, it could be fitness, or it could be personal as always and some of us like me who has set up multiple goals in life at the same time. One can say I am confused type like other teenagers. As much as I try to save my time and want to slow myself down, I simply cannot do it.

Hey, Don’t Stop, Just Go and Get it!!!
So, I want to talk about how the last week has changed me in terms of my mental health. Those who know me personally can figure out that something is going on in my life and it could be easily figured out from my face. I was low on energy it was reflecting in my attitude. Life is a transparent book. Everyone can figure it out by your behaviour, people even suggested me to take a break or go for an unplanned vacation. But instead of cutting down from people, I decided to change my thinking. Life is like a blank notebook and no matter what everyone else says, don’t get bothered with them otherwise past will haunt you down, you have the control of overturning your day into a good one right from the moment you wake up. Yes, friends, I did the same thing.
One of the things which I used to do, that took away my mental health for quite some time was checking my phone, because what you see on your phone is not always going to make you happy and believe it or not, in the morning your mind is so sensitive and blank, that if you see some positive quotes you feel positive but if you see some negative comments or post it’s going to stick with you, it would linger in your mind like what’s going on. We cannot control people from saying something over social media or real life, we cannot cut them off.
But we can stop checking the phone every time or checking social media for seeking motivation, we must stop pushing ourselves to achieve some kind of goal inspired by others. We should stop copying others. Remember we should focus on the things which are only beneficial for our growth and it suits us or our family. I can feel the difference, I can feel my old self blooming up as I cut down the negative sources. It may not be the social media in your life, but it may be few people or few events that might be bothering you down. I would rather say throw away your old clothes (Worries) into the dump yard. Put away those things which hold you back because there is immense power in our thoughts.
I know it may sound very cliché like
Few may say Ohh!!! common man it is not a big deal.
But friends it is…
Stay focused and have fun…
I did the same and I believe you can also improve your mental health. Always feel optimistic. I am not a preacher or saint, just I got a little organised and got a grip over my mindset to accomplish my goals. I am living in the bubble of positivity and no one can penetrate into my zone. We all have to keep our shell intact with positive energies. Take a break from things that you access in daily life which brings you down and gather yourself and start investing in yourself. I agree there may be days when we will have mood swings, disturbed sleep cycles or we might feel low. But believe me, it’s only a phase of life and it will get over soon. There is life outside social media, Starbucks. Don’t let these things develop a traumatic stage over you. Get over the relationship issues and focus on your long-term goals.
Think about your family guys their happiness is the most important thing in the world.
